About Jenn

What can I say about myself that will make me stand out?  I’m a stay at home wife and mother.  I enjoy writing, but apparently not when it involves describing myself.  I’ve deleted this paragraph 5 times already.  I’m going to try to just say a little about things I like.

I can watch a TV show for years and forget the names of the characters while I’m watching.  It doesn’t help that I’m also bad at describing how someone looks.  The TV shows I’ve liked are House MD, Lost, How I Met Your Mother, and Arrested Development.  I’m sure there are more, but those are the ones that come to mind.

In my early 20’s, one of the things I enjoyed most was going to a dive bar and doing karaoke.  Once in awhile, I still do it and I still enjoy it.  I just don’t have as much time anymore.  My “go to” song is I Love Rock n’ Roll by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.  I also used to sing Jewel once in awhile.

I am trying to be fit and healthy and I frequently fall off of the wagon.  I lost a lot of weight, and gained half of it back, then lost it again. It is frustrating, but I don’t mind sharing the journey.
